7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship products in a timely manner. However, delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is detailed separately and is incorporated into these Terms. Please review our Return Policy for more information. We stand behind our products and craftsmanship. However, given the nature of the products and to keep our costs low, we do not offer returns or exchange. We request you to verify your products before placing the order. If you are confused or need assistance regarding any product please feel free to email us or call us on our number and we’d be more than happy to assist you.
However, if your products arrive damaged, please feel free to give us a call us or send an email at info@krishnacollections.ca as soon as you discover the fault and we can reach a resolution.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Krishna Collections and protected by international copyright laws.
